Sunday 25th Session

Vin is unable to host for SCS this Sunday :(

But Mikester has offered to do so \:D/

Back to Kiev then for more Barbarossa mayhem on the Eastern front.

New rules apply for comms etc, see the other thread.

The UK clocks change this weekend to BST rather than GMT, so be prepared for a c*ck up on timings

IL2's for the bombers and LaGG3's for the fighters.

Lead fighter pilot for the session is Falcon, lead bomber is me.

See you there.

Can one of you remind Mikester or whoever hosts the missions to save the eventlog and send it on to me, so I can get the stats done, thanks. ^:)

Will do - but does it have to be the host? I have the logger on my PC so can I check the stats if I am not hosting?

I s'pose it'll be La-5's, LaGG's and/or Mig-3's and IL-2's tomorrow?

I'll be checking the net for power and RPM settings for these ac.

Hey Falcon, thats good stuff.

Maybe I cannot see it on the chart, but do the numbers for "cruise" settings refer to altitude or engine revs?

Aircraft for the remaining 4 Kiev missions are early type LaGG3's and single seat IL2's.

We go to Crimea next and there is a bit more variety of aircraft in that campaign and we start to see the 2 seat field mod IL2's - I will be glad of that rear gunner calling out his encouragement

Actually,

we use a very complex and advanced series of shear, high-pitched screams to communicate. If someone gets on our six we sometimes go ultra-sonic.
