This video was discussed over at the AAA forum- general consensus is that it's a hoax.
If it is for real, it could be very good in that the 3d modeling program for Lomac might be converted to work with Il2. New shapes and textures could then be imported to create entirely new aircraft. Or to import some finished aircraft such as the Fokker21, which were done but never included in any of the patches.
