Good day all
Hmmmm, what to say, what to say
I have been a hard user of MSFS since me old 286 and have done a stint or two with combat FS during those years. Currently have the MSFS X loaded, however SB4 does not look to be coming soon so it caused me to look into some combat FS packages and now here I am.
I'm old enough to relate to a small degree, my Pa flew a Liberator in WWII for the RAF and I grew up dreaming of me wings. Unfortunately life never took me there, I have a total of 22 hours real flight time and then that got interupted and I never finished. Thank you Bill Gates and IBM for the ability to take a trip and never leave the farm.
I choose the Raven for my handle. I have always lived where there are good populations of Ravens. There are higher, longer and stronger fliers but there is no bird that has as much fun just because it can fly.
Anyway, today I will attempt to get this Hyperlobby deal up and running. Never used this before so that may be a bit of a task. So far during my looking around the site I have not run across the TeamSpeak server address. If I could get on here and enlist some of you boys help, may make this a whole lot easier. I'll keep lookin but a reply with the address would be appreciated.

Welcome, Raven!
Wow!
I think we now have 5 or maybe six Canadians (Members and otherwise) at the boards.
Perhaps now someone would actually have a reason to visit Canada.

Yep, Raven is a fine pilot and great prospect,
but I saw him later flying in another squad's recruiting server,
so the next time we see him we should get out the rope and the duct tape.
Y'all remember ...
procedure #43?

"He who warned, uh, the British that they weren't gonna be takin' away our arms, uh, by ringing those bells, and um, makin' sure as he's riding his horse through town to send those warning shots and bells that we were going to be sure and we were going to be free, and we were going to be armed."

Just for the record
More than one of that squad screemed real pretty just before the cool waters extinguished their burning eyebrows
.
You can't keep a good man on the ground.
By the way
This morning I start back to work for a 10 day run. I'll be on once or twice after work during the 10 days but that will make it around 2:00 am over there on the dark side. So it may seem like I'm not around for the next while.
As for the folks over here on the bright side, usually around 1930 mountain time (1330 UTC) is when I get a chance to sit down for some daily relief.
Tap er Cool and don't forget your sippy cup, spillin your beer is as bad as running out of fuel.

Nice flying with you last night mate.
Great to see another Canadian interested in the Fightin' Irish. Not to mention a fellow Dell owner.
The XPS is a nice rig my friend. You should really enjoy TrackIR when it arrives. Then of course you will have the ability to use your hatswitch for other functions.
Don't forget to join us in Historic Encounters next week when you are off work. Start time is 10:00 p.m. Atlantic.
Regards,
TS!
