I am going to see the Thunderbirds July 3rd in Battle Creek. Has anyone seen them before or know anything about them?

I've seen them once or twice and the Blue Angels at least three times. Both are fantastic. Try flying formation with guys online, you will be blown away at what these guys are capable of doing with these planes, at times as close as 18" wingtip to canopy, and this is at what 300mph. Enjoy all the other stuff before the Thunderbirds fly too, I'm guessing some warbird flyby's, nothing like hearing that Mustang come across the flightline and hearing that Merlin sing (goosebumps just typing about it). Some aerobatics stuff, modern military, hopefully you get an Eagle to drop in, love watching that thing fly...high g turn and the vertices off the wingtips...I love that.

I will warn you, keep an eye out when they tell you to watch them fly the diamond formation in the distance, they'll scare the pants off you.

Sadly we get like one regional show here in Atlanta, and of all weekends when do they schedule it...Mother's day. Yeah, that's gonna happen...For a Great Wife and Mother, We Love You, now let's go to the airshow, morons, yeah I'm bitter.

Have fun you'll be hooked.
