Going flying soon!

It was my 17th Birthday tmw and my parents knowing how obsessive I am about flight and old palnes etc etc got me a flight in a Tiger Moth as a present!
Hoping to book it for sometime in the summer when the weather is better but I cant wait to get my exams out of the way and get up!
I think its only for an hour or so but I think it'll be a great experience!Open cockpit...the wind in my face , scarf flapping behind me as I pretend to be a "knight of the sky"
I'll be sure to let you know how it goes chaps

Pictures Skip, don't forget to bring the camera. You can post them next to Snoop's many photos of his world trip visiting the mates he did last year. Now where are those pictures again?

Just don't do what Heloego did at Duxford last year...
He went up in a Tiger Moth, flew a circuit or two, landed, and farted just before leaving the aircraft. Next thing you know - the thing's on fire!
I'm sure there are pictures of this near disaster but I just tried searching back through posts from around that time and I can't find links to any of the photo albums that were up. Anyone got 'em? We need to find evidence that Helo was not responsible for this incendiary incident

Jealousy prevails here, really want to go flying. Might do something similar for my 37th birthday, but in a Stearman trainer [-o<...definitely get some picks.

I got a 30 minute flight a T-6 Texan for my birthday a few years back, it was an incredible experience.

That's what I get for smoking after pizza!
The fart totally missed the TMoth and sailed into a Dragonfly. All the passengers were gagging. (They sure exited the plane ia a hurry. )
