New ATI drivers

Installed the latest last night after uninstalling and cleaning out hte trash with the diver cleaner thingy.

FPS was in the mid to low 30's ( about the same as with the earlier driver) with an occasional stutter. Scenery was brilliant with perfect setting.

Read a post at UBI concerning the 5.3 drivers and an older open gl file..

I tried it and my fps went up to the mid 40's with 24 planes and AAA in the Smolensk QMB map

FYI, I use FSAUTOSTART and shut down nearly everything except what it takes to make the game run.
