I downloaded the patch, extracted to a new folder on desktop called 4.10 Vanilla and dropped that into the JSGME folder in IL2.
I can switch between HSFX and clean 4.10 in JSGME and it looks like its working. It does get a bit funky if you forget to disable 4.10 before switching back to HSFX but the method (originally posted on AAA) seems simple and workable.
The cat is relieved.
