After last Sundays high speed jet thrills I felt the need for less speed - so Winter War 1939 is on offer?
USSR v Finland - B239's and DXXI's for the plucky Finns and I16's for the Russkis - 9 a side.
A dogfight warmup and one coop written so far. Should have another couple of coops done by the weekend.
No blackouts this time boys - you will not be going fast enough

Aaaahhh back to proper planes
Spoilt for choice now though LOL as I like both the I-16 and the B239.
So either of those for me cheers

Re: Sunday 17th October
Having done a bit more research it seems the B239 was not available to the FAF until March 1940 - towards the end of the Winter War.
In the interests of historical accuracy it will have to be Fokkers only, or a mix with Gladiators.
Sorry Brewster lovers...........
