Well Alex, the characters in the video are Bert And Ernie form a popular children show called "Sesame Street" But the voice overs are from a movie, can't remember the name of the movie but it could be "Wise Guys"

I didn't know where that voice taken from but Russian TV showed the "Sesam Street". I would said that the voice very accurately edited over Sesam's video.
