Great idea Conman
You need to keep an eye on the amount of AAA for the ships - too much and frame rates and warp will start to happen when any enemy aircraft appear. If you test the mission offline that should give you some idea.

It depends on who in the FI as to how much you can rely on this:FI:Conman wrote: just not sure how many seats to put in or whether you can rely on ai escort or FI protecting AI

About right for the FI lol!
Up there the world is divided into bastards and suckers. Make your choice.
That's not flying, that's just falling with style.
What is that mountain goat doing way up here in the clouds?
Death is just nature's way of telling you to watch your airspeed.
Hey, everybody — watch this!
I am not afraid of crashing, my secret is . . . just before we hit the ground, I jump as high as I can.

Is that the C47's escorting the Mustangs, or vice versa?:FI:Conman wrote:well im thinking of a C 47 escort for the mustangs hows that sound to you?
Seriously, that sounds OK - although not sure how historically accurate. Just don't have the C47's loaded with paratroops - once they start to drop it has a serious impact on frame rates.

Re: 7th June COOP
ok Neil just the plan was for the C47s to capture a bridge (its historicly accurate for that bit) while an attack run took place by the bombers

Folks!
Honestly speaking I am a bit confused now ... are we going to fly the D-Day or Esatern Front COOPs today?
