Russian campaign text in the 4.091bm

Off line in the 4.091bm, when I go to create a campaign all the ranks and name of the campaign etc is in Russian, is it meant to be like that? Anyways can it be changed to English?

Have a look on the AAA forums I believe I saw something about it there with a link to a mod to change it to english :D
