Default 28.8 Network Setting?

Is there a way to force 1946 to stay at a 28.8 network setting?

Igor, go into the il2 setup which is here -- START - PROGRAMS - UBISOFT - IL2 STURMOVIK 1946 - SETUP, go the the network tab and change to 28.8. or you can go into the il2 folder and click the setup icon there.

Didn't work. Went to IL2SETUP, changed it to 28.8, went into game, it showed 28.8..went into HL, fired up the game, network defaulted to ISDN.
