PCI Settings Question

In looking at my BIOS setup, I notice I have four options;
On-board video (yuuuck)
PCI
PCI-Ex16
PCI-Ex1
With a quad core 6600 CPU and an 8800 GTS OC, which of the PCI options should I be using ?
