If any of you play SH4 and used any of the ROW Mods, then you'll know it's maker- LeoVampire. Sadly, he passed away a few days ago. He suffered 11 heart attacks and 2 minor strokes at the age of 42, I believe and although I hardly know him his work with the environmental aspects of the sim is nothing short of genius.
