These are mounted inside the Black SUV's you see in Presidential motorcades and VIP caravans. You need the windshield wipers going to clear the spent casings. They simultaneously fire 7.62mm bullets from six barrels at up to 4000 rounds( about 66 per second ) per minute.

Can't get URL. The got a tour of the Presidential vehicles are few months ago. They were flown into our airport so that the President could visit the tornado damaged areas in Alabama. Impressive vehicles; look pretty much normal from the outside. Heavily armoured, doors must have weight atleast 500 pounds each. Didn't see any weapons.
