Yes , in the Airspace hangar. Though it's not a torpedo; its a supplies pod that held arms , ammo, food and even a folding motorcycle.

I wonder if that is the 190 we saw a while back with the Russian ASH powerplant. I saw a video clip of it starting, taxiing and making a round of the field with its' gear down.
