Hey Guys,
I am 36 years old and from the East Coast. I am married with children but I still get free time to pursue my gaming addiction. I can be serious when needed but I like to have fun so I choose the callsign Joker as it sounds slightly more professional than Jackass or Tool or other names that I have gone by. I saw your recruiting threads on the IL2 forums and after checking out your site I wanted to stop by and introduce myself.
I am a novice pilot who is looking for a good squadron to join. I just dusted off my joysticks and loaded IL2 FB + AEP + PF and reminded myself how horrible of a pilot I am. I haven't played in a while and I was very good when I stopped. Just so you know, I need a lot of practice and I hope that over time you guys can help mold me into a respectable pilot.
I visited my local Best Buy but they didn't have 1946 on the shelves so I am attempting to find a copy ASAP. I have Track IR but I don't have it dialed in.
I will let you know as soon I get a copy of 1946 and also look you up on Hyperlobby.
Thanks

Welcome to the :FI: forums Joker!
Yep, HE at 9:00 ET Friday nights is great, but we are also hangin'round the field on Sunday afternoons starting at 2:30 ET.
If you see any mates in HyperLobby throughout the week with a :FI: or =FI= prefix say hello and let them help you get goin' in HL.
Ask ANY questions you need here in the forums to get flying with us. Don't worry, there are NO questions that are too dumb or silly. We've heard'em all.

@Noter violated sir? Well seems to me then you rather enjoy being violated every week!

@Falcon I would have mentioned the Sunday session too, but given some of the lads involved, well, you know.
