Well, we got a nice place to rent until our faster-than-lightning Government gives me that new house. It's a few blocks away from where we're vacating, but I'm gonna miss the old neighbourhood. Boy, moving sucks! :(

Nope, Willie. The government has a housing scheme where you can get a good house for TT$350,000.00. Houses on the open market can cost between TT$800,000 to TT$ 1.5 million. The market's gone mad lately. As me old man used to say- The most important thing is have a roof over your head. The downside is that the government makes you wait for the house, so I'll be renting in the meanwhile. Gee, wonder what Falky was doing during that awful flood. :?:
