Hey!:FI:Gadje wrote:... And I doubt I'd suit an elf dress as much as Falcy so RPG's are out for now ...
I don't peruse this thread often but I must comment on this one point I read.
A-hem.
When I play an Elf, he's damned sure wearin' trousers!
But if you choose "Breton"
for some reason either sex defaults to a dress.

"He who warned, uh, the British that they weren't gonna be takin' away our arms, uh, by ringing those bells, and um, makin' sure as he's riding his horse through town to send those warning shots and bells that we were going to be sure and we were going to be free, and we were going to be armed."

This thread REALLY needs to get back on topic - the mental images could scare a young person to death
So in that vein:
I have the original LOMAC disk, the Flaming Cliffs addon is available for download at $14.95 so thats about £8 in real money which takes me to version 1.1 I think. There is then a patch to download that takes me to 1.12a? Is that all I need (apart from a refresher course as I have not played this in about a year!) to take part on Sunday?

I know what you mean - tried it last year (cost me £4.99 from the bargain bucket at Woolworths!) but couldn't really get to grips with all the electronic systems - I don't think I have enough keys on my keyboard to map all the commands!:FI:Scott wrote:Its a piece of cake Nellip,
Loud beeping noises followed by some Russsian woman complaining repeatedly means you are in serious trouble, anything less than that is a bonus.
I prefer a prop and dropping bombs or shooting bullets to all these missiles and ECM systems! Still at least the graphics are great! I can admire them as I float down to the ground!
