Ghost Rider
Been looking out for this adaptation of the comic book, but when Nicholas Cage opened his mouth and said that first and foremost it's a love story my mind just got turned off.
Anyone seeen it yet?

Not yet but I plan to. There's always a love interest in those movies (Spiderman, Hell Boy etc.) and a good job too otherwise there'd be just a load of guys in the cinema. Lovey stuff caters for the wiffs and partners too! As long as the Action (and effects):Lovey ratio is about 8:1 it should be ok.

Very nicely stated.2step wrote: the story and flow of the movie fell flat like a 20 Yr old Dr.Pepper.

I did like the old (not really) pan chopper that he rode. Even though it had an ACCURATE MACHINING pan style motor in it. Have to look close but it has shovel style intakes on the heads.

Peter Honda as the devil didn't work for me either. Sam Elliot as the old cowboy fit right in.

Mindless Dribble and Off Topic posts are my specialty!

actually casting ( including peter ) fit right in with me. The details without letting the comic writers doing the story is what bombed the movie.
Allthough the other demons could have used some bettter named/known help in the casting dept. .Peter fit as a sneaky, gonna get whats best for him, etc , type of devil.
