Apologies
For those of us that suffered lag problems during Sunday's session, I apologise!
I believe it was my fault.
After we finished I checked all of my skin files in '46 because i couldn't find them in-game.
Though I DL's and unpacked all the skins to my v4.05 installation I ahd apparently neglected to finish the job and unpack to my v4.071/4.08 install.
So I can only assume that the lag was due to me.
This has been corrected, and additional skins wil be properly extracted as they become available.
I owe everyone a beer.
