Hi all ~S~
I am interested in flying with you guys. I thank falcon for his reply to my thread in the squadron forums.
A little about myself
I'm 27 from England and have been playing this sim for about nearley 3years. I love all RAF/USA aircraft but mainly the Spitfire and Mosquito.
Hope to be teamworking with you guys on comms soon,
yours

Hello Chuck,
Welcome to the forums. You should find plenty of info around here about the set up we use and when we fly, basically we use 4.05m, fly on Hyperlobby and use teamspeak for comms.
If you need any help just shout, everyone around here is helpfull and some are even competant and helpfull.
Cheers !.

Chuck,
You want to go over to http://www.teamspeak.org" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
There is a download section and you will need the teamspeak2 client version for your OS. There is also a good tutorial in there worth looking at.
You will need a mic. I got a cheapy Logitec headphone/mic from Amazon last October and its still going if thats any recommendation.
One of the organised people round here will need to sort you out the ip address to the teamspeak server (I probably have it on a sticky note somewhere) and subject to passing in depth security checks you will need the password.
Hope this helps !
PS Dr S. is right- people are a bit 'different' round here.

Geez! Aren't these forums busy enough for you?!?Chuck wrote:Wheres everybody been all day??
Do you have to work or something???
Just keep looking and asking here and I'm sure you'll find something going on.
Sunday is the big day for all of us getting together. There's usually something happening on Mondays and Saturdays, too.
Wednesdays and Fridays is that whole Historic Encounters thing. It's a great set of co-ops or campaigns that'll keep you busy; flying AND reading.
Smaller co-op sessions and DF's occur through the week.
Welcome to the forums of the wildest and wooliest squadron in these here swamps, Chuck!
