There is an article in the latest issue of Flight Journal magazine about this place. Most of the aircraft are stored there such that they could be used if the need ever arose, so it's not really a graveyard.
It takes a month or two to get one of them back to flying condition, because the fuel systems are drained, and have light oil run through them to preserve them, then they are sprayed with a latex-like substance to prevent them from being sandblasted by the desert winds.
It's quite a process they go through to keep them from getting ruined while they're in storage.
