How about Antec Sonata II? It has a 450W power.. Would that be enough for my new system?

My girlfriend has a Sonata II with a AMD64 3700+, 2GB RAM and a 7800GT and has no problems with cooling, noise, or stability.

Everything that I've been hearing about AMD processors has been good. Generally they run cooler than the Intel equivilent processor. Heat is the main culprit, as usual. I can't belive how hot my hard drive gets sometimes. Frickin P4 3.4HT heats the room up pretty good.
