646 lbs!!!! Caught and eaten in a remote village along the Mekong River in Thailand. :shock:

LARGEST freshwater fish recorded in the world. They netted the poor thing. :? [/url]

Willie out here in California we fisherman always have a hard time catching anything, it seems we are always distracted by some little thing or another, but that’s life out here on the west coast :D

I'm just trying to think, what you would think, if you hooked that thing on a rod and line,,,,,,,,,, shhhhiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiitttttt,,,, splash!!!

The Rhine has produced "cats" to over 400 pounds in the past although these were not caught by anglers but in nets.. not suprisingly :)
