Ok I'm not quite as rich as some Germans we might know
I'm looking for a new graphics card... around £100... cringe here
what would you reconmend and why?

Hmm, did you just read the ubi forums? because the same card was suggested there as well
6600gt, tho I was thinking more of the line of the 9800 pro if it's still available. my friend still uses the 9700 pro and it remains a better and amazing card than what I have (geforce 4 ti 4200 - the worst of the ti series, but also the cheapest - and although it has 128 mb, the 64 version is faster - go figure: never an msi again)

I just bought BF2 it needs pixel shader 1.4
the GF 4--- range doesnt cover it otherwise as you say great card!
Not sure on the mem tho
I like Nvidia, treated me well, and n my eyes the more upn comming go get em company
plus they have shader 3.0 for nice PF water
