There´s this talk in Finnish press, of how Paris lost the olympics to London, because of what french president had said about finnish food...
Jacques chi... chr... crh.... ah, heck... the french president, you know who i´m talking about?
Couple of weeks ago, he made this nasty statement, of how the only traditional food(? right word?) which tastes worse than england´s, is Finnish traditional food.....
Well.. that´s what our newspapers have been talking about ever since... like there´s been nothing else happening in the world, in the last two weeks...
Anyway... in the selection commitee of the olympics, were 2 finnish dudes... And the vote was 52-54 for london... if it would have been 52-52, then there would have been a rerun for that vote, and the french might have won...
When they were interviewed by some finnish newspaper about that vote, you could read between the lines, that they were so pissed off at jacques chr...chi... you know the president-dude, that they voted for london (or that´s what finnish press wants us to believe)
That´s what you get from messing with our traditional food (like "mämmi", which looks like s*hit and tastes the same, and "verimakkara" which is a sausace made of blood )
Well... If i were a french, i wouldnt be so proud of their traditional food.. after all; their contribution to the menu is frogs and snails
