mfc.dll
Has there been any change to this file?
Here´s a link that can give you more information about this file:
http://www.auditmypc.com/process/mfc70.asp" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Here you can download the file just in case you want to replace your copy:
http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?mfc70" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Anyone any other ideas?

Unless I have been misinformed...
...an "Invalid Page Fault" refers to the program attempting to access a "page" or memory address currently already in use.
The cause could be another prog running in the background, either user initiated or virus/trojan horse, or the TIR files/registry entry may be corrupt.
When you re-installed, did you clean out your registry entries (W98SE) after removing the program? I've made that a habit and it has helped to some extent.

Go to the natural point forums and repost. The developers do look in on there and they will probably be very quick coming forward.

OK, just wondering - were you getting the odd and unexpected reboot once in the while? If so it could be a failing stick of RAM. Do a test on them unless you already did this mate.
I did notice the newer TIR software adds a whole new key in the Registry. But you said you checked this.

If your...
...antivirus software was running in the background it could well have been the problem. since TIR runs ok with the AV software out of the way, I'd say tha's a pretty good indication.
However, you may have only neede to disable it, instead of uninstall it.
It is not necessary to have the AV ware running while gaming online.
