know how you both feel. i can get on, but due to the lousy connection problem now, i can't STAY on.

My dial-up connection has improved a little in the last couple of weeks, because.......my neighbor is not grazing cattle......i,m serious.....his electric fence was pointing high voltage spikes on my telephone line. I had 8 trouble calls into the telephone company, they blamed the problem on the farmer, i suspect the telephone company had bad cables and improperly terminated lines.
