Wings magazine

Post by :FI:Nellip » Thu Apr 14, 2005 10:02 am

I don't know if any UK based mates remember a weekly magazine called Wings. It was published in the 70's I think and was one of these which built into an encyclopaedia with several volumes, a complete A-Z history of aviation.

I collected it as a teenager and had the full set, binders etc.

I thought I had lost them years ago but was clearing out my garage last week and found them all in a box. They must have been through about 10 house moves over the years!

They are in pretty good condition and I have started reading them again.

Don't know if anyone else collected these or maybe still has them?

If I find any interesting stuff I will try and share through the boards.
