dedicated server

Trying to learn this from scratch does anyone have info on how to set up a dedicated server for PF or the merged server?

I have all the necessary files and can fire up a server but the readme files are not very clear on controlling it or connecting ot the net rather than a local host using the confs and fonfc ini files..

Any help?

check the PF or Ubi forums, i know theres a "how-to" server running forum thing. I think it goes through all the steps. I'll try to find the link, but its on there somewhere....

ty put a search for how to :managed to find a file by Ivan that helped get it running... now all I need is to get the console working...

glad you found it, you should talk to snoopbaron of :FI:, he does a lot of our server stuff, ive never set one up personally....
