A-20 in Alum..
Falcon,
I have a post over in IL skins that you responded to..We over at the 318th vFG would like to use the alum skin to make a few birds for our use. I know some people are partiular about what happens to their skins. So hopefully we can work something out!
Respectfully,

Dear Strange,
Glad to see you here. I would be happy to help any way I can. We could do it three ways:
1) Send a pic or a good discription of what you want and I can pump out as many different skins as you want over the period of about a week,
2) or I could send an unmarked skin that you can decorate as you like,
3) or I can send the entire template to you.
Option 1 would be no problem if there are not more than ten to twelve skins to do.
Option 2 would be easiest, but any art or markings you add over my skin may not look as real as you would prefer.
Option 3 is good but the template is very unorganized, very large and fairly confusing. If you wanted to go that way, I s'pose I can clean it up, simplify it and decrease its' size. That would probably take a week or three.
Let me know what you'd like to do.

Falcon,
Thats very nice of you mate!
Let me talk to the guys and see who is interested... I wouldn't want to tie you up with doing all our skins.

If it's a squadron skin with only number or basic color changes, I can do a lot.
If you end up with a template, remember, its also not quite finished. There are very few references for hatches, rivets and panels especially around the nose for the A20 ...
... but it looks good at a distance.

Howdy Falcon,
I am also a member of the 318th/361st. I just want to say thanks for even thinking of letting us use your template, as a fellow skinner I understand how much work goes into one of these. I have and always share my temps, so If you in the market for a detailed P47/P51 or anyother Aircraft temp let me know and I will oblige you with a cleaned up one( with out our squad marking and such).
PS Poor Saints can win when they win. LOL
