As said before I like the idea of single COOP mission campaign. And if Vander's willing to spice them up it might be much more appealing to all of us. Just as an example.....
Last month, during a campaign, I got shot down on a sortie over enermy lines, and needed to be rescued. The following week we had a single A-20b that was sent out to pick me up. It was escorted by P47s. The A-20b had to land on a field, come to a stop (whilst I climbed on Board) and then take off again, before returning home. The job of the P47s was not only to escorts the A-20b but they also had to take out the hostile fire, by strafing the energy guns, that surrounded the field, before the A-20b could land. It was a very enjoyable mission.
