Watch him bounce on the low level passes. Lightly loaded wing.

He also said of all the Spitfires used in the making of the Battle Of Britain, that this plane was the best of the bunch to fly and there were many arguments over who was to fly her on any particular day of filming. :lol:

I really am spoilt for choice around here. Duxford, Old Warden, Little Gransden are all within 20 miles of here.

For anyone who makes the trek to Duxford, make a detour to see the museum at Old Warden too (even if it is not a show day). The museum there is fantastic, lots of restoration work going on. And a lot of the stuff there is pre WWII... in fact a lot of it is pre WWI.

Who needs Spitfires when you have these little puppies...

Beautiful!!

I wish I had such a choice of places to go see neat stuff like that.

Go often and take LOTS of pictures for those of us in the colonies. :lol:
