?Having had a nice stable mod installaion fro the past few months, I tried installing the Tewpest mod a few weeks back.

Since then, when ever starting IL2, it hangs back to desktop when the spash screen reaches 60%.

I've deleted teh whole fold, copied across a clean new version of IL2, installed the mods 1-8 as per viewtopic.php?f=1&t=7968

and it still stalls at 60%.

Any clues to what I am missing, doing wrong?

Dowload the latest AC_Installer here, extract and install its buttons file right into your X:\IL2\IL-2 Sturmovik 1946 Kopie\MODS\STD\gui\game folder. This should do the trick ...

OK... I think we are rolling now. The game loads, I guess we won't know for certain it will work until I join a server.... in approx 55 minutes.

Not installed athe Bf109E1 as no time to strat fiddling with ini files.
