Top Hat Centering

Today my joystick stop centering my view when I release the top hat. It use to work. Everything else works fine with the joystick. It still centers on an older version of 1946 that a still have on the HD. The problem just came up today. Any suggestions?

Try pressing F9 when in game. It can stop and start the centering operation of your stick to which one you prefer.

Nope, that didn't fix it. My othewr copy of 1946 on my hard drive works correctly. Is there a way to copy conrols settings from one 1946 to another?

You could back up the conf.ini file in your IL2 Directory that the HOTAS isn't working correctly, then copy the one from the working IL2 to the new IL2 directory to see if that works?
BUT BUT, there always is a BUT, sometimes weird things happen, but if you make a back up of the conf.ini file you can always go back
