The mods still appear to be flowing freely I see.
Since I haven't bought Witcher yet, I played a bit of Oblivion last month. Man, that game still has it.

It's what they always save over on the ubi forums isn't it?
Like if someone says for example "I managed to fly through a hanger, under a bridge and then this was while I was upside down."
To prove it they would have to post a track. So it's just a jokey il2 term. Nothing offensive.
