A few minutes ago we had a pretty bad tremor about 7.3 on the Richter Scale! My whole office got rearranged. The damn thing must've lasted between 20-30 seconds. If you guys don't hear from me by Monday next week then I'll see you in that big flight sim in the sky.

AB signing out.

Although this quake happened deep underground, it was so huge that it was felt higher up above ground. And while damages to buildings were minimal and just a couple of casualties reported, it was a frightening experience for the locals living on these otherwise peaceful isles in the Caribbean and South America, including Venezuela, according to some reports.

Hello Boys! I'm still alive. Man, that was some quake and we got the tail end of it. No casualties or injuries, just slight damage to some buildings. The airport is intact- no cracks on the runway, but one Dash-7 pilot form Venezuela had to stop taxiing on the taxiway. The islands up North West got it worse I'm afraid. The quake was too deep to cause any tsunamis. If there was one then it's surfing time! I guess God was looking out for the AB. :D

Erm, Airway I'm from Trinidad as stated under my avatar. It's that tiny island off the Venezuelan, South American mainland.
