Beano

Not long ago the missus and I decided we were tired of the same old New Mexican/Old American/Supermarket/Fast Food crap we've been buying, eating, and not really enjoying.
So we dipped
deep into the bank account and ordered an amazing amount of Cajun foods direct from south Louisiana. Expensive (after the overnight shipping costs? YOU BET!), but at least we're eating food we love.
Problem: Ever since I've been pigging out on Savoie's sausage, boudin, stuffed pork chops, Zapp's Crawtaters, wild pear jelly, Community Coffee, and
so much more I've developed something of a problem in my Lower GI.
Cricket has banished me to the office, and Bode', our pup refuses to come near me. (Pretty bad when even the
dog won't associate with you.

)
In an attempt to repair things with the dog, I've been eating Beano like candy.
3 days and it hasn't worked yet! He still runs when I try to socialize with him!

Can you Euro-guys handle hot peppers? I think not. One bite of a Scotch Bonnet, Congo or a Mexican Chilli pepper and you'll be bawling for ya mamas!

Helo,
Does that Beano stuff work? Got the same problem with Mexican food. With the wife's cooking (Korean) I get the same effect, but with burning!

I've got to cuncur with AltarBoy on this one...You Euro Boyz don't have a clue how hot Scotch Bonnet (Habanero) peppers can be, they look like little pumpkins, about the size of your thumbnail. The first second, it tastes a little green, not hot....then you will be in serious burning pain for about 45 minutes, you can't drink enough beer, water, milk, lighter fluid, to cool it down. I use to grow them in my garden, kinda as a joke...they're not funny. We'd put ONE in a gallon jug with other types of peppers in vinegar, in about a month you'd put a slice of any pepper on a cracker with sour cream...nice if your drinking massive quantities of beer....the next day you're crapping fire!

Dunno.
Hasn't worked for me. Dog's still lookin' over his shoulder and whinin' at me kinda funny.
Couldn't get any sleep last night. If the noise didn't wake me, the missus punchin' me did.
She called me at work today accusing me of Animal Cruelty and Spousal Abuse.

Have you tried burnt toast?
Failing that you could always move in with Tacticals!
In Canada, methane is now being collected and burned to produce energy.

Try a stomach pump or let a 300-lb wrestler jump up and down on your belly. Or maybe you can look a Gen's grinning pic and barf.

Anyway, today for breakfast I'm having spicy Black Pudding and for lunch even more spicier Geera Pork! Yummm!

Yes, Igor you know your peppers stuff well. Although Lime Pepper Sauce tastes like acid on fire.
