How about this idea for a handmade campaign?

I'll be home from work for the rest of this week and was thinking about going back and making a campaign.

Свободная Россия (Free Russia)

Synopsis:

It is 1946 and Stalin, after defeating Hitler's Third Reich tightens his power hold over the occupied territories. A group of Russian military generals and civilians decide to form a resistance movement against Stalin and create a breakaway faction. Elements of the Red Air Force set up three bases of operation and fight the Stalinists. This movement is called 'Новый Рассвет'- 'The New Dawn'.

Well, sounds at least like an interesting scenario. And we need to fly the jets then?

The jets saw some air time ever? They certainly must have gotten off the ground, unless the documentary film "1942" by Nintendo is lying to me. I wouldn't mind giving them a shot.

Only the Ar-234 ever saw combat. I'll have to make the campaign kind of short 'cause I may not have all that much spare time on my hands.

Only Arado, Me-262 and 163 and Heinkel He 162 saw combat. The campaign would be interesting, what if the Western allies allied with Germany (after Hitler kaputt ist ) and fight the red hordes incoming from the East?

I'm planning to start with the Berlin map. A bit after the end of the war. I'm getting problems setting planes from the same side against each other. It can work online but in single player -nope.

I can make things easier if I say make Poland the breakaway faction (I bet Mac will like that). Hmm, that's sounds like a better idea and will negate the same side problem.

Well....you can make a campaign in which Poland conquers the whole Eastern and Western Europe. As a breakaway faction, of course.
