Hyperlobby connection woes

Hello everyone,
When I try and connect to a game I get a message that I am running the wrong version of the server as the games are using 1.2...
What does this mean? I downloaded the latest version of HL 15 minutes ago but still can't play

Current HyperLobby version is 3.9.111.
Check that, if you still have a problem, get back to us.

3.9.111 is the version I have but I either getting connection is timed out or I'm not using the right version (then a little bracket saying 1.2)
I'm trying to connect to Il2.
Also, how do I start up teamspeak and HL at the same time?

Might check to see if the game you are trying to connect to is the same version as the one you are running. I.E. 4.2 or 4.1 or whatever the latest version is.
Also, doesn't H/L list the later version of the game as PF or something and the Original early version as IL2?
Been a while since I've been on H/L. Just some thoughts for stuff to check.

Last version of the original IL-2 was 1.2 I think. Are you trying to join that? you can get the patches up to 1.2 on the IL-2 websight . However if you want to fly with us you will need to join the Forgotten Battles lobby room in HL which is different and you will need a Forgotten battles/AEP/Pacific fighters version patched up to 4.5 or 4.07 if you have the new 1946 add-on dvd.
