As posted in several forums and at NaturalPoint's site -

"Folks I have been a long time user of TrackIR3Pro. Recently I reformatted and installed the latest software for this device.

Since then I have noticed that while the unit functions perfectly as before with regard to tracking response, whenever I move my head back to the front I need to hit the re-center key to actually have it return to "dead" center. I never had to do this before with the previous install/older software.

Has anyone experienced this particular problem before? I am wondering if TIR3Pro without the Vector Expansion (which I don't have) using the latest software is causing this problem. Maybe a hardware issue.

Btw I have posted over at NaturalPoint's forum also, but thought some other IL-2 gamers might have come across this issue."

T_O_A_D's Track IR fix improves vector

For what it's worth, I have TrackIr3 Pro with vector expansion and don't have this problem. It used to happen a lot with the old trackIr1, espescially before the game started including the special .dlls for TrackIr.
