What is the function of Armpit hair?

Is it for wicking away moisture?

Is it for warmth during cold weather?

The nurse at the Emergency Room hung up on me when I asked.

How did you know that the nurse at the emergency room had hairy armpits?

Inquiring minds needs to know.....

Why do we have hair there?

It is there to retain the scent of stale sweat - this helps us to avoid the opposite sex as much as possible and keeps breeding to a bare minimum.
