Hello all Fighting Irish

i've just joined so would like to say hello to everyone.
I've been in to IL2 for about a year (before I saw the light I had been on MSFS and CFS2 for years)
Minor interuptions like work and a family mean I dont get to play as much as I would like but I still 'get up' 2-3 times a week. I have only been playing online for about a month and have just gone onto HL (username- rpscottuk)
In general my on-line performance is hindered by frequent bouts of the small houses suddenly getting lots bigger quickly followed by 'BANG' and an uncany ability to fly into other peoples bullets but apart from that Im pretty good. By choice I am a Hurricane or Spit man but will have a lash at whatever is there to be had. If my air to air work is indifferent my air to ground truly stinks.
I'm looking to get better- this is about as close as I have to a hobby at the moment, so training sessions would be welcome.
every now and again I have a small drink of beer, followed by a bit bigger one followed by a world of all sorts of trouble which i cant remember. Being a fully qualified and paid up Yorkshireman I have a real drinking talent and my local landlady (Janice 'the barefoot landlady) is a close personal friend.
Im looking forward to getting involved
Cheers- Im off for last orders
