Today's Nat Weather Service forecast;
Late Afternoon: Isolated showers and thunderstorms. Partly cloudy and hot, with a high near 102. Heat index values as high as 108. South wind around 5 mph. Chance of precipitation is 10%.

Tonight: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly cloudy, with a low around 76. Southeast wind around 5 mph becoming calm.

Sunday: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly cloudy and hot, with a high around 100. Heat index values as high as 106. Calm wind becoming northeast between 5 and 10 mph.

Sunday Night: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly cloudy, with a low near 74. North northeast wind between 5 and 10 mph.

Monday: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly cloudy, with a high around 95. North northeast wind between 5 and 10 mph.
I see we have a cooling trend for Monday........ :roll:

dear dog!
this is very boring. potatoes are rotting in the fields, houses got swept away, lots of flooding in the western part of austria AND i really would like to finish my cellar before sept. 26 th when my house arrives.

Hey, you could be in Loiusiana with Falcon, the weather report shows a 180 MPH hurricane (Katrina) heading for him. We've been through hurricanes here; not very fun time.

Ben through several of those hurricanes in my career.

NO THANK YOU!!

That's why I live as far inland as I do now. Worst thing they do to us is rain if they make it this far in.

We do get our share of tornadoes and hailstorms. :(

Hope Austria and Germany dry out soon and Falky doesn't get blown away.

Did Falcon leave, tell me he did. It wont be too bad for me as im west of the eye. He had better drove to texas or atleast alexandria, dont thikn to many hotels will have vacancies any place nearer.



Willie, we got into the 100's this week was 102 with the heat index at 116~117 and now the Hurricane. Aint the south Grande!

Aye, on the Heat indices in the thousands. It's great sport to mildew as you slowly simmer, eh?

Don't recall if Stu said he was leavin or ridin it out. Looks like rough ride if he chose the latter. :roll:
