Ehem.. what game are we playing now?

After a relatively long brake from pacific fighters im back in bisniss
but when i try to start the game (after downloading the newest hyperlobby) it says that i dont have the correct cd inserted.. I tried Pacific fighters, then i tried forgotten battles aces expansion pack , and then i tried forgotten battles only, with no luck.
And i guess there has been released a new patch too ,.. and i dont even remember how to install a patch
Desperately need some help!

It´s still
Pacific Fighters version 3.04 ... but in two weeks we´ll get the latest inovations bundled as the 4.0 patch with lots of new stuff in it ... just ask Oleg! He knows everything about it!

But but but but but... I put in the CD "Pacific Fighters Disc One" and it starts running and i get the small page with "uninstall pacific fighters" and "start pacific fighters" etc. Then i close and starts up hyperlobby, selects snoops server, "join" and after a couple of seconds i get a error message telling me to find the godamn correct cd, and it has to be shut down. And i think i have the right version too , version 3.04 merged

Think u should be using CD2 M8, not certain though check you PM

...re-installing the NoCD file again.
If you don't already have the file, I'm sure at least one of us can send it to you.
I belive there is also a post or two with links to the file.

Got a computer chrash a few days ago, when i was playing a game, i got an message on my mobilephone, and then, everything on the screen froze. I tried to restart the crap but all i got was an bluescreen. Now ive had it to repairs and its hopefully working again, but i think i have to reinstall il2, so i will try your suggestions later on.

If a mobile can do that to your PC, think what it's doing to your brain.
When using your mobile, I suggest you hold it at least 10 cm from your ear and talk very loudly

yep sometimes i get warm on my ear when I talk too long in the mobile.. maybe its the warmth from my boiling brain?

I downloaded the rts file as you said and it now runs without cd
, but when i start up Hyperlobby, i get this message :Warning : Hyperlobby cannot find instalation folder for you Forgotten Battles game. Please correct/search for the full game exutable in to text box and press save button Example : C:/forgottenbattles/il2fb.exe . And under this there is a search field and a search, save and cancel button. Problem is, i dont know how to write the / that is pointing in the left directionm
. Maybe it will find it then if i could only write it correctly
