Folks!

As promised I edited some skins for the upcoming JG42 Moscow Summer Campaign. Most of the skins were originally created by vpmedia (IL-4 by Hayate, P-39 by Mangas, P-40 by Macwan) so here's a big thank you for your lovely art works!

I know that the P-40 field mod skin is missing as well as the IL-2 and Pe-2 skins. I'll present them to you later on. Is there any aircraft not being mentioned that we need to have for the this campaign?

Yep, was gonna mention it to... only needs a "+1!" (IL-4)

Also didn't see the LaGG-3.
Think the skins you already have here will also work for the I-16 Type 18 and the older Yak-1 (backup plane if we lose all the Yak-1b's).

I've added the IL-2, LaGG, P-40 field mod and Pe-2 skins today.

Is the IL-4 skin really necessary to create? Who flies this piece of Soviet Aviation Technology* anyway?

Yep, he does. Neil & I have each logged a sortie in one too, I know. I plan on more if we start threatening to win. But I'm fine with just using the default skin. Those were all improved greatly in 4.10 or 4.11 anyway, if I recall.
These campaign skins all look great by the way, Frank. We're just going to use the in-game numbers to customize our own plane after choosing these skins in "arming" menu then, is that right?

This would be the smartest and most efficient way: small sized skin package yet without any personal markings. The other way around would mean that each FI pilot would have for every single ac type a unique personal skin but the skin package would be huge.

Let me know what I should do, folks! One skin for all or all skins for one?

do you think you could be able to upload the pack until friday evening?
I would like to tie red & blue pack to an all-in-one skinpack and provide it via my server, so everyone is able download before sunday. I post the link to this thread.

This answered my question. Since I can't edit some many skins for each squaddie in this short period of time I'll send just the unmarked skins to Nephris so we'll need to use the in-game numbers and national markings. And don't forget to use your correct squadron number in order to recognize you during the missions and afterwards in the recordings ...

Is there any skin left we need to add to our list of aircraft? If not I'll send the skins to Nephris tomorrow ...

Great work. Il4 is not my ride of choice

,but I did fly one sortie in it and had a surprisingly good time in it.
