My fellow FI-ians,

Tonight we host a friendly match on The Fighting Irish Platoon Battlefield 3 server .
This session is a first attempt to host matches between other Clans/platoons.
the game type is Squad Rush and is and idea of the Dutch season.nl organisation we gonna play a serveral sessions of 4 vs 4 soldiers on this Sqad Rush gametype.

Afther the matches we host some Sqad Deathmatch and/or Team Deadmatch sesions versus the members of Soldiers of Freedom (SoF).
We have also anti cheat software installed on the server and some officials from the tournament organisation ( Dutch season.nl and Clanhost )have played recently with us on our server to test the server on lag and fair play and we are good to go !

So anyone who wants to join us after the match in this friendly fight join our ranks and show the them the spirit of the Figihting Irish Platoon soldiers. Pick up your gear and fight with us!

Great news, C!

But as you know tonight there'll be our Sunday Session in which we'll be flying some virtual vintage planes. So don't count me in, m8.

Nonetheless, I wish everybody who'll take part on this event good luck.

Fighting Irish Platoon vs Dutch Wargroup Gamers.

Witch map do wanna play? I have tomorrow a meeting with this clan about the maps and server we are going to play on.

I liked the two maps we played yesterday.

If somebody else wanna play with us upcoming Sunday, please let us know.

Squad rush is a nice but also very fast. Tactics are needed to win it.

it's nice to see that the platoon really alive.
all the comments, I'm speechless.


In any case for the rest who still play Battlefield 3.

The schedule is on www.dutchseason.nl. look after the next clan battle against the Leipe clan.
The contest of coming Sunday will hopefully be moved to Tuesday.

Joep, I played bf3 to pass the time until Iron Front Liberation 1944 came out, I cant speak for the others but for me the Arma approach to FPS is still by and far superior to any other type, thats the reason I'll not be bf3'ing anymore. Good luck in your future fights.
