Once New Guinea and Guadacanal were safe the Allies went on the offensive in the Solomons, and conducted mainly base attacks by bombers and fighter bombers. So in keeping with the historical objectives, we will do likewise. Most of the flights will be bomber and escort or fighter bomber and escort, plus helping out the Marines with their amphibious landings, with the odd recon, rescue and fighter sweep thrown in.
