The ping tests all show that I'm at or below what i should be, but the packet loss tests show 26% to Europe, 10% to East Coast USA, and 20% to West Coast USA. Is there any way to lower that?

Sorry to say it looks as though your problems are upline from your PC.

If you have your own router you can check the settings there and see if they can be improved.

If you're hard wired to an exclusive connection there should be 0 loss.
If the connection is shared your packets will be in a queue and have to wait their turn, hence packet is lost , gets re sent and your ping goes up on the server.

Likewise the server is sending packets back to all the players and if things are hung up your end more loss, server thinks you're inactive and kicks you.

If thats the case try talking to one of the IT people at the college to see if your connection can be set up better.

I was flogging a dead horse with a wireless connection when I first went online, had great bandwith and cr@p packets. Getting a landline connection was my only solution.

Thanks for the help, Sneaky, I'll talk to them about it. I'm hardwired in, so that must be the problem. I'll talk to IT about it.
